When ICICI Lombard introduced its innovative ‘Pay How You Drive’ motor insurance policy, we were tasked with creating a campaign that would effectively communicate the benefits of this new offering. The resulting ‘Pay How You Drive’ campaign was launched on YouTube, featuring a relatable scenario where a mother skillfully parallel parks her car, defying the watchman’s stereotype that she wouldn’t be able to do it. The video then transitions to the voiceover introducing the pay-how-you-drive motor insurance policy, emphasizing that good driving leads to great benefits. The campaign was a success, effectively challenging driving stereotypes and promoting responsible driving, while making it easier for customers to understand and manage their vehicle insurance.
